When the pandemic hit in March 2020, I had several months of work fall apart overnight. It was devastating and extremely stressful. I decided that I needed a creative outlet. I had a friend in Golden who was capturing "Porchraits" of people in isolation so I thought it would be fun to do in Revelstoke. I ended up photographing about 65 porches in Revelstoke. We were able to raise $2100 for the local Food Bank, and the story was even picked up by CBC radio!
